Hotel Guestroom: To reserve a guestroom at the Pan Pacific Hotel Toronto at a discounted rate for Thursday, February 20, please email cgmschool@eocihealth.com with your full name and proof of registration.
Please note: All hotel reservations are the responsibility of attendees and must be reserved and paid individually.
Parking Details for Attendees
Overnight Guests: Registered guests with a vehicle receive complimentary parking with 24-hour in-and-out privileges. Please provide your license plate number to the Front Desk at check-in.
Event Attendees (Non-Overnight Guests): For complimentary parking, please proceed directly to the event venue and enter your license plate number in the kiosk outside the function room.
Note: All parking meters are serviced by TargetPark; any payments made cannot be reimbursed.

Cancellation Policy
Until January 31, 2025: Cancellations must be submitted via email to cgmschool@eocihealth.com. A full refund of the registration fee will be issued for cancellations received before this date.
From February 1 to February 7, 2025: Cancellations must be submitted via email to cgmschool@eocihealth.com. A 50% refund of the registration fee will be issued for cancellations received during this period.
After February 8, 2025: Registration fees are non-refundable.
